My philosophy of education is that all students are unique and have something special that they can bring to their own education. Every classroom has its own unique community; it should be a safe, caring community where students are free to speak their mind. My role as a teacher is help each student to develop their own potential. Creating a favorable psychological climate is my priority. I believe that I owe to my students to bring warmth, assiduity and consistency. It is my desire to create this type of atmosphere where students can feel comfortable. In my teaching work I combine Communicative language teaching, projects, themes, and individual work to engage and activate students learning.
