Self-introduction:
Self Introduction for online/face to face teaching
My name is CK, I am around 40 years old and have grown up in Melbourne Australia, the down under. I graduated from RMIT Melbourne for my English teaching and training but have other majors like new media, TV, Radio, Internet, academic research. I am profusely passionate about teaching. I am set and settled in China but travelled 4 of 6 continents of the globe: Singapore, Hongkong, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, UAE, Djibouti, Somali land, Australia, Sri Lanka, and China. I m a sports freak and play over 10 sports: cricket, badminton, tennis, volley ball, squash, bicycle riding, swimming, marathon running, darts board, boxing, basketball, and table tennis and have grave enthusiasm for various fields of studies but at introductory/basic level: cell biology, psychology, philosophy, geography, physics( astro) Soil science, history language, acting, singing, drawing, short story writing, dancing, orator. I do spend almost 2 months usually out of China and recently was on an assignment for King Lear theatre play at NAPA Pakistan for refreshing my skills for Drama at A level students. I got my face to face TESOL during my final year of Ph.d 2014 here in China and EAP some 23 years back from RMIT Melbourne. I have an almost neutral accent and fairly convenient to grasp, however, being trained from an A class acting academy I can produce any major English accent should it require. You may listen to my sample audios to verify. I am very glad to be in this country for a little over a decade and would want to discover more about its traditional sports and history and culture. I am currently busy in writing short stories specially on the pandemic period and its entire reflections and Chinese officials untiring and seamless efforts to save the nation and I am the very eye witness of the very epicentre conditions. Booking an appointment with me is your best option to guarantee you some teaching time and it also makes my life worthwhile.
