I have a real desire to improve the lives of others by teaching English. I look forward to creating exciting and engaging lessons to motivate my students and help them to learn effectively.
I am a humble and friendly individual and I am committed to helping kids build foreign language fluency because I believe in the importance of being able to communicate across cultures and the brain-boosting benefits of language learning. I also believe that learning should be fun and I always strive to make every tutoring session an experience kids love.
I find it satisfying in making a difference in the lives of children and believe that people can change the world through proper education.
In March 2020 I graduated from The TEFL Academy with a 168-Hour (Level 5) TEFL Certificate. Thus I am now a certified ESL teacher ready to make a difference in your life!
My teaching career kicked off while I was still in school. A friend and I started a Charity Group called \"Maxi-T\'s\". Maxi-T\'s was a non-profit organization that provided free education for the less fortunate.
In 2016 I graduated from the North-West University of Potchefstroom with a Bachelors degree in Economics and International Trade. I also assisted to teach various subjects during extra classes.
After graduation, I started working for a college and also assisted in teaching various subjects.
In July 2016 I accepted an offer at Capitec Bank and decided to study further where I graduated from Cornerstone Institute with a certificate in Banking.
During October 2019, I decided to follow my education career again and resigned at Capitec Bank. My plan to teach ESL in China was negatively impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic which led me to start teaching ESL online. I am currently working for Preply, Bula English and Beijing Yushun International Cultural Exchange.
My overall teaching experience is 4-5 years.
My aim in life is to make a difference in the lives of children through professional and fun education and learning.
