  I am a very dedicated and hard working teacher and my class always up to par in about 70 percentage in reading at the required level the other 30 percent is greatly impacted by high absentee.
  As an early childhood teacher the focus is primarily creating a positive environment and also a print rich classroom in which students are able to develop and perform at a maximum level.
  However, this is achieved through work and play. During this level of development where students attention span is short, learning through play resulting in tremendous acceleration in grasping concepts and ideas which help their assimilation and thus learning is achieved at a higher level..
