Greetings! I have experience in teaching and research and am currently looking for a job in education in China, where I lived and studied from 2014 to 2019. I have more than five years of experience in teaching; subjects I taught include Italian language & culture, literature, history, Latin, and the social sciences. I have also experience in academic research and have published three papers in international peer-reviewed journals; my fields of specialization are cultural sociology and the history of consumption, with a focus on food.
