In charge of all of the school’s foreign teachers (from 6 to 7), their pre arrival process (visas, specially) and, once in China, their training, progress report, schedule and personal development. Also, I had to work with the rest of the management team to devise and arrange different procedures and activities to improve the performance of the school. Before that I was a teacher myself.
