As a teaching assistant for Political Science classes of up to 90 students each semester, I grade all written and oral assignments and exams, occasionally leading discussion sessions, and simply mediating between undergraduate students and instructors. I also assist students with understanding lectures and assigned readings, and provide academic writing assistance both during and outside my weekly office hours. Since March 2020, like other TAs, I\'ve been involved in accommodating the transition to distant education and facilitating the use of online learning tools for everyone involved.

I edited and proofread a book manuscript focusing on religious mobilization in post-Soviet Central Asia. I helped with Russian, Uzbek, and Tajik transliterations and coming with a list of standardized terms, arranging the bibliography and in-text citations, and compiling a glossary for non-academic audiences. I was also given the chance to access interview transcripts and data from tens of focus group meetings conducted in three countries over the course of ten years, arranging them by chronological order and participant profiles. I had also accompanied the author during her fieldwork in Istanbul, Turkey in July 2019, finding potential interviewees and respondents among the Central Asian immigrant community for said book and future research, and facilitating informal conversations in Turkish
